You don’t have to be an existing customer to use a Hive Active Plug.
As long as you have the Hive Hub and an internet connection, you can use your chosen device from anywhere.

Returns Policy: We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if there's a need to return an item, please note that returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Since we do not hold stock ourselves and act as a facilitator between you and the suppliers, any returns will need to be arranged directly with the supplier. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Note that returned items must be in their original condition and or packaging.
