Once you submit a list via our AI tool or upload form, it is sent to our Supplier Platform. The job is shown to approved suppliers in your local area and, where relevant, to national suppliers. They send back quotes which you view side-by-side in your dashboard so you can choose the best one.
What if there are no suppliers in my area?
We have a "Safety Net" policy. If the automated platform doesn't find a local match, our internal team of trade experts takes over. We use our extensive knowledge to personally source the correct materials and arrange delivery to your site. You are never left without a quote.
Can I talk to the supplier directly?
Yes. Once you accept a quote, you can be in direct contact with the supplier if you wish. Alternatively, At Trade Price can manage all communication to ensure your order arrives correctly and on time, acting as your project manager.
Is the AI Quote Tool and Invoice Generator really free?
Our AI tools work on a simple tier system. Tier 1 gives you 3 free material list generations per month. Tier 2 (£9.99/month) unlocks unlimited material lists and adds full method statements and considerations. Tier 3 (£19.99/month) gives you unlimited access to everything — including quotes, estimates, invoicing, RAMS and lifetime cloud storage so you can return to your documents whenever you need them.
Do you offer credit or payment plans?
